Privacy notice
NatureSafe Pest Management ("NatureSafe", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, area (suburb or town), the pest concern, whether the property is a home or a business, and any detail you choose to add. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send there.
Why we use it
To respond to your request, arrange and carry out an inspection, and give you advice. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who processes it
Your request is sent to NatureSafe by email. Our website is hosted in Germany and our email delivery provider (Resend) processes messages in Ireland, so your details pass through servers outside South Africa on their way to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up service, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@naturesafepestcontrol.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
